Father,
Make your light shine through my Darkness,
Bring your Sanity to my Madness.
Overcome it,
Overcome Me.
I don't want it,
Set me Free.
In me there's Darkness,
And sometimes I can really make a Mess,
But of His Light and love I've also become a witness.
You gave us the Right,
To become children of the Light.
To the blind you restore their sight,
And you've let us become vessels of your Power & Might.
Lord,
As much as I run,
As much as I try to hide,
I can't escape your Goodness & Sight.
Of His fullness & greatness we have all received,
Through every mess birthed out of our Madness & Darkness,
So that we all may also witness of his Goodness.
Law and condemnation came after God's people's wandering and liberation,
Grace and Truth came through Jesus,
My Lord, King & Savior,
Author of Our Salvation.
